I have the crappy digital gauges (maybe you like them but i don't lol) and I remembered hearing that they swap right out with analog gauges. Is this true?
The car they are coming from is a 929 S. Also if I wanted the DOHC engine, what would I need to grab? computer, wire harness and engine, anything else?

Re: Gauge cluster
star wars dash rocks
as far as i heard swapping no issues. there are two types Digital Speedo and The Cable driven those two are not interchangeable, but if you have two cable dashes then they will swap (same for sensor types).
this is for Jap models, North American models could be different
with DOHC you will need:
*Motor
*ECU
*Wiring Harness
*Dash (the DOHC has higher rev limit)
*Dash Harness
you may have some troubles with EC-AT and ECU wiring (can't really say, as never had a chance to seriously look into the wiring)
to be safe i would get Gearbox and EC-AT from DOHC as well.... a bit better box, plus better for the the revier DOHC

Thanks Matsuda9. I finally got the car running today, The tires were crap, so I swapped rims with my Talon TSI. They dont look half bad I'll get some pics tomorrow. Hopefully the gauges wont be too hard to take out
