WARNING READOUT light

My query is for two indicators dashboard of my 929 L Rural (LA4MV). Every time I have turned on the light "WARNING READOUT" on the board and the "BATTERY" in the center console.
No longer may be wrong but never go out!

Added information because maybe my English is not understood.
The two lights are seen in the photos are always on.
If you can tell me that I need may be malfunctioning in my mazda so that lights always are on.
A light says "WARNING READOUT" and the other says "Battery" but if I measure the battery is charged and well too.
