Hi all
Anyone had the problem where the mode can be changed on the lcd (i.e. the thing that changes from head, foot windscreen vent etc.) but the actual vents do not change. The picture changes with the button on the display screen but they're permanently stuck on the main vents (dash and doors) or do not change to any of the others? Any had this problem?

there are a few things could be wrong:
* the directional flap (that would direct the flow) is stuck
* the motor for the flaps is dead
* the control unit is dead and not sending appropriate signals to the motors
