I just bought a 1994 Mazda 929.It drove awsome on the way home and then the next day it would not stay started unless I kept my foot on the gas.Come to find out the air intake boot was in two parts an had been hot glue gunned and had about two rolls of black tape around it .The person I bought it from just happend to forget to tell me that the air intake boot needed to be replaced .So now I`m looking for one.Does anybody have one or know someone who does because I cant find one anywhere where I live .

Re: 94 929
i would suggest heading to the dealer and biting a bullet
it will be expensive but will last.
another alternative is getting a metal pipe made up and using silicone joiners. would come up more expensive but at least you wont have to worry about it

i have one in 2 pieces thats seperated, that you can put back together yourself, with sealant and it would be just as good as new. but i can keep an eye out in the pullapart yard. The last one i found in the yard i took myself and put on my car...lol
