1992 HD 929

Post by KillSwitch » Fri Jun 25, 2010 2:29 am

So this is my new little project. A 1992 HD with Leather.

Heres some pics. Plan on putting some new stereo gear in it and just have it as my daily cruiser.

Things I have replaced so far:
  • New Radiator
    Full Service
Repaired Drivers Side Rear Window Regulator
    Repaired Seat Belt Re tractors
    New Middle Muffler
    Clean and protect leather
    Fixed Drivers Door Trim
Things to do:
  • New Paint on Boot, Roof and Bonnet
    New Number Plate Surround
    Tint
Fix Sunroof so can move back into the roof (it jams)
Want but not a need:
  • Maybe a set of Coilovers and some new Rims.
Cheers.

Yeah I saw that. Went to buy one at the hail auctions yesterday. Went for over $1600 (I walked away). Exactly like mine but with a lot more km and not in as good nick.

I bought a damaged R33 4 Door and has Tein Coilovers and a nice set of 19s with some big dish on the rear. Going to see what I can do to get them onto the 929.

sad to hear...

do you have HOLD flashing? did you have bad slip before hand... if you press hold while in D does the car move? (should be slow as it starts in 2nd then should shift in 3rd)
